Closed Make animal farming and production processes part of the national curriculum.

Our food and what we consume is a fundamental part of our lives as human beings. But many people are unaware of the reality of the production processes used within the meat, dairy, and egg industries.

Explicit education, including actual filmed footage of these processes should be placed within the national curriculum as a compulsory subject within secondary education in the UK. This would help people, and especially future generations, to make more informed choices about what they wish to consume and fund through their spending on food and related products.
