Closed We would like the UK to have an official National Emergency Services Day.

Emergency services are often overlooked and forgotten about with regards to saying thank you for what you do.
We believe a National Emergency Services day should be held to recognise the good work our blue light services do.

Most of the time when the public come into contact with emergency services, something bad has happened, this has a detrimental effect on both the public and members of the blue light community. By having an official National Emergency Services day and by holding community events across the country this would allow the public to engage and see another side of the great work they do.
