Transport of good by road is how most people are able to but the food from the supermarket and purchase most of their goods.
It's also a means to and end for business that need to move their goods around the country.. and thus how most others can earn their money (ie factory workers, providers of goods etc)
I propose that all vehciles that are restricted to 56mph should be given priorty to drive in lanes 1 & 2 over all other vehicles. So other vehicle can queue in lane 3 so the country can keep businesses moving and reduce cost through haulage.
It will also save on fuel and emmissions.
