Petition Please open Reading Prison to Soup Kitchens & support grouos helping homeless.

Reading prison is currently empty. All we ask is whilst it is, can it be used by soup kitchens and support groups that help our Homeless community. They can have a bed, be in the warm and have use of the kitchens where they can have a hot meal.
