Petition Fine parents who refuse to vaccinate children

Vaccines have been repeatedly proven effective. Parents who refuse them are costing the NHS money and endangering to lives of vulnerable people worldwide. If heavy fines were in place this would negate those loses and prevent people carelessly making that choice.
