Rejected petition Make sanitary products for women free, like condoms are at sexual health clinics

I don't choose to have a period each month nor did I sign up due to it being a biological function. Sanitary products are too expensive.I don't consider this very fair at all. If they're not made free they should be less expensive.How are condoms free via sexual health clinics and not sanitary items
