Petition BT to under go a public enquiry held by an independent company

More details

There are literally hundreds of websites dedicated to venting about the poor service BT provides.

There seems to be no one controlling BT and they seem to answer to know one.

They charge for everything and admit fault for nothing.
They are in my opinion one of the most frustrating companies to deal with.

I believe they should be held accountable for their actions.

I’m sure not everyone has had a experience with BT but there seems to be enough people for who have for someone to start questioning the services they are providing.
