Petition Student phones to be given in to staff in all lessons in schools and colleges.
Use of smart phones is increasingly interrupting learning, students constantly text friends and use social media during lessons which impacts on their learning and distracts others. Teachers need government support to require educational establishments to ensure phones are handed in to avoid this.
