Tax companies for each employee they have travelling to work and give tax breaks to companies for each employee they have working from home.

We have the problem that people aren't working because they can't afford to, and yet we tax people who have to travel to work more and more.

Stop punishing employees for having to travel to work, they often have no choice and it'll just make it so more people can't afford to work. Instead punish employers for not having their employees work from home. With fast broadband access through much of the country home working is more and more viable.

Current conceptions of 'working from home' need to be challenged and changed.
