Petition for equal rights for ALL children's education, regardless of financial background.

A 2year old can now start education in public schools, government funded. But only qualify if the family receives benefits.

Working families are asked to pay for this service.

How is this fair that children from working class backgrounds are suffering and missing on education because of funding. I simply cannot afford this service because I work. This needs to change. My child is missing out on education because I chose to provide for my family morally.
