Rejected petition Give disabled people Dla/pip not drug users and alcoholics.
My husband has falling victim of the Pip assessment. He is disabled and will always be disabled. He was born with a condition that causes bone weakness. He was born with one leg shorter than the other.
More details
He relies on a crutch to get about. Just now we have a mobility car which is so handy he can get out and about easily because of the Pip assessment he will lose this. He has had dla since he was 16 his disability has not changed! Why are disabled people being targeted? Why are drug users and alcoholics getting pip? They are disabled! Would the prime minister stand by and let a family member fall victim to this ludicrous behaviour no don't think so It's time the government help the people in need

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We understand that you're concerned about the rules about who is eligible to receive PIP, but we're not sure exactly how you'd like these rules to be changed. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
