Rejected petition provide free prescriptions for Asthmatics

It's unfair that Asthmatics have to pay for prescriptions as this affects thousands of people which can lead to a lifetime condition. Prescriptions are free for conditions such as Diabetes, Thyroid and Epilepsy. Therefore, they should be free for Asthmatics.
