Petition Make it law that all TV channels and DVDs etc must have the option of subtitles.

I'm profoundly deaf. It's annoying for me and other deaf people, that we can't enjoy some TV and DVDs/ blu-rays etc. the same as everyone else because companies can't be bothered to put subtitles on them, especially older, classic films and TV shows. There should always be the option of subtitles.
