Petition To have the option to voluntarily money to the NHS budget before tax

It would be good if voluntarily you could opt into a tax add on where you pay your normal income tax and then voluntarily opt into paying 1%, 2%, 3% or 4% more on your income tax. The percentage you choose only goes to saving the NHS and there budget.
