Petition Allow Adult Circumcision on the NHS

It seems that the NHS excludes Adult Circumcision unless their is a specific medical need. But if an adult wants to be circumcised and has made the decision because of fears of STD's or HIV transmission, then he is denied and it is treated as cosmetic surgery of which he has to pay up to £2,000 for the procedure at private hospitals.

It is already provided for newborns free of charge!
