Since £ became a fiat currency it became possible and recently has been overused manipulating the currency' value.

The Bank of England prints £££ as response to current crisis.

It lowers the value of currency, boost-up inflation, destabilise the economy, market.

The only way to stop manipulation of currency' value and restoring self-curing economy is by requirement to cover the bank notes in use with the gold reserves.
