Rejected petition Ban the sale of fireworks to the public only certified event organisers can buy.

Fireworks whilst lovely are the bane of pet owners lives. The week leading up to & after bonfire night & new years are a very stressful time. Too many people are letting them off in residential areas at inappropriate times & at different times during the year for events that only a few know about.
