Rejected petition To ban the advertisement and sale of Christmas related products before December

I believe that there is no need for the advertisement and sale of Christmas realted products. An annual event, for which everyone plans, needs no advertising before December. There is also no need to sell affiliated items months in advance.
It takes away a lot of the social beauty of the event and by premoting it so early in the year means it becomes slightly dull when Christmas occurs.
