Rejected petition Look into the out of hours doctors service 111

I phoned 111 for my 89 year old nan at 5.15 pm yesterday. It took 12 hours for the doctor to come out to see her. The doctor had to do the walk in clinics, before he could go out on home visits. This is not the first time it took them over 12 hours to come out. This needs looking into.
