Rejected petition Government to regulate & cap the unrestrained rises in property Service Charges.

We bought a shared ownership property from L&Q in London in November 2013. Since then the Service Charges have risen by £60 PER MONTH, that's £720 PER YEAR in just 3 years! If any other company regulated by either Ofcom, Ofwat, Ofgem, etc, were to make similar rises there would be national uproar!

This widespread overinflated charging is out of control and it cannot go on unchecked!
