Petition To be able to claim carers allowance per person that you care for

Iam a mother of two children who both receive middle rate DLA for there disability Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia. Currently as the system works you can only claim carers allowance for 1 child / adult , even through when caring for two is double the work load and time spent.
