Every working day tens of thousands of vehicles are in stationary traffic where the M62 and M6 motorways join - one of the busiest junctions in the UK. Journey times are significantly delayed (from 30 minutes to over an hour from 06.30 to 08.30) and causing negative economic and well-being effects.
