Rejected petition To make all taxis and private hire a one tier system ie hackney carriage
They way the laws are now the number of private hire vehicles are flooding the towns and citys and now because there are tomany cabbies cause congestion by parking all over the towns

The way some councils are giving out licences to anyone who dont know the areas and dont know the highway code or what road signs mean and most cant speak or read english they are a danger to the public and other road users we have seen drivers working driving up oneways streets the wrong way going round rounderbouts the wrong way driving down duel carriage ways and motor ways the wrong way and lots of accidents involeing lots of postcode drivers
