Anybody visiting UK should have medical insurance.
So many people arrive without insurance and are then able to take advantage of the NHS, this takes necessary resources away from the people of the UK.
Proof of medical insurance should be asked for when applying for a visa. This should be double checked when entering the boarders of the UK.
