Closed MP to vote the way of the constituency wishes

It will be more democratic if our elected MP voted on matters as his or her constituency wants. i.e. if majority of the MP's constituency wants to bring in a particular law change i.e. Capital Punishment, More appropriate sentences for particular crimes etc.
At present it's up to the MP or his /her party how to vote on anything. It needs to be up to those who put them in this position of trust to decide what should be fought for.
