Rejected petition Pay vehicle tax from the date of application instead of 1st of month.

The government currently charges for vehicle taxfrom the start of each month, if you want to tax your vehicle after that date you have to pay for a whole month, in this digital age there is no reason why vehicle tax cannot be charged from any date in the year and then expire 364 days later.
