Rejected petition Raise National National Insurance rate for the Self Employed, Tax Free Dividend

The Chancellor increased the NI rate for Self Employed and also reduced the dividend threshold to £2000 so all in all they are taxed higher than average taxpayer. This is against the Tory manifesto and it is unfair but it is very counter productive and stem growth in uk economy.
