Petition Make non emergency visits to NHS A&E departments chargeable (like say £10).

What we are hearing is A&E's are used for non emergency cases which could be dealt with by a local GP or by using 111 service. Making people pay a nominal fee would deter them from misusing the great service A&E provides. Also this could help raise funds for much needed NHS services.
