Do not merge North Cornwall with Devon.
Parts of North Cornwall may become a part of Devon
and the rest of North Cornwall, a part of Mid Cornwall, if changes proposed by the boundary commission for england are accepted by the government.
Cornwall should remain Cornwall for historical and geographical reasons. Boundaries should not be based on a rigid numbers formulae.
