Social Care and the Pension fund are some of the most undersupported yet most important parts of the budget. Businesses such as BHS that had a massive hole in their pension should not be allowed to fail their workers in this way.

Many aspects of Social Care are criticised for being understaffed or poorly managed however with the budget the way it is they can not do anything to get this changed.
