Petition Change the HWC to make it an offence to park opposite/within 10m of a junction.

The HWC states (rule 243) DO NOT stop or park opposite or within 10 metres of a junction, except in an authorised parking space, however as this is just an advisory it is ignored by many drivers across the UK. This should be changed to MUST NOT meaning tickets can be issued by traffic wardens.
