Rejected petition To include proposals to allow individuals to retain citizenship of Europe.

It was clear that the Referendum showed a very small margin between those who wished to leave and those who wished to remain part of Europe. It is our view that it is possible to enshrine that within the negotiations which will be taking place in the coming year
