Closed The BBC should not be able to resell programs on DVD or download

The BBC is funded by the public . We who pay the TV license have already financed the BBC's programing why must we pay twice . Its a rip off were legally forced to pay to pay the BBC so why should they be able to sell the same program twice . we the people funded them so we own there programs

If I buy a sausage roll I don't pay once to pick it up then again to eat it
Nobody charges you twice on the same purchase its a rip off and it shouldn't be allowed
