Currently pregnant women are forced to take statutory or company sick pay for pregnancy loss prior to 24 weeks gestation.
My little girl was still born at 23 weeks, which meant I had none of the same rights as I would had she of been born 1 week later, women are not given adequate time after loss

I am requesting a change in legislation for loss of pregnancy prior to 24 weeks, so that women are able to heal physically & mentally with out financial hardship. This should be for an absolute minimum of 4 weeks and should be treated completely differently to normal sick pay.
