Rejected petition England and Wales also vote weather or not to keep Scotland in the UK

During the last referendum the people of England and Wales never voted if we wanted to keep Scotland in the UK. I believe this is a vote for the whole country and not just Scotland.
If Scotland is so adamant about leaving the UK then maybe we should all vote.

I think most people in England would be happy to build a wall and divorce ourselves from Scotland and lets see how they get on without us.
