Rejected petition Include the votes of Scottish ex-pats in any second Scottish indyref

Scottish ex-pats were not allowed to vote in the 2014 Scottish independence referendum. All individuals who would be entitled to Scottish citizenship in the event that Scotland leaves the UK (whether resident in Scotland or ex-pat) should be entitled to vote in any second independence referendum.
