Rejected petition No parking spaces front of building because of people out of neighbourhood

I struggle every single day to find parking space front of my home because of people who park here , going shop or other places in my surrounding. Sounds similar? People wants to save little money and make us very stressful if we can't find parking spaces.we need parkometers exemption for residents
