Members of staff in many companies and businesses spend a large amount of their wages on travel home after hours, businesses and companies should take responsibilty for travel costs for their employees after hours (and on bank holiday's, opens, weekends etc.)

Companies and businesses do not take into consideration the struggle of students, open/close staff, members of staff who live a far distance from work etc. And should been forced to pay travel costs.
