Petition Scottish Referendum question must include guarantees on borders and currency

In order to avoid confusion and uncertainty any future Scottish Referendum question must gurantee that there will be no hard border between Scotland and England and must also name a valid currency which any future independent Scottish Government would have legal permission to use.
