There is growing evidence that the Government and Police forces within Uganda are failing to tackle the problem of child sacrifice and torture.

As taxpayers we should not be offering aid to regimes that not only tolerate this sickening behaviour but fail to punish the perpetrators.

The UK Government should suspend all payments to Uganda until such a time that it has been demonstrated that the problem has been dealt with.
