The Scottish Parliament is a failed institution. It fails to govern properly. It was not set up to embroil us in referenda on Independence. All devolved services are failing due to lack of governance. I object to Nicola Sturgeon using my vote to remain in Europe as an excuse for Independence.

The money spent on the Scottish Parliament and the duplicated, devolved departments would be better spent on essential services.
It is simply an unnecessary tier of government.
