Petition Let NHS off £1,000 overseas immigration skills charge
The charge aims to reduce Britain’s reliance on migrant workers and train British staff to fill those jobs.
For the NHS, this will mean paying millions for the thousands of non-EU doctor and nurses already working here. This is money the NHS could use to provide better health and care services.
