Rejected petition UK wide advisory referendum on Scotland's membership of the United Kingdom
The SNP representing 4% of the UK are again asking for a referendum to decide the future of the UK, in which 92% of UK voters will not be eligible to vote. A UK wide advisory referendum would allow the UK government and Scottish Assembly gauge public opinion for allowing a second independence vote.
