Rejected petition England should be granted its own parliament in line with the rest of the UK

Devolution of powers to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland has given them the right to determine the way in which they are governed, how they utilise the resources and monies are that are spent locally. England should be given the same rights for matters that apply only to England
