Petition Make it illegal to charge under 18's adult prices.

When booking tickets for travel, entertainment etc. It seems that companies, vendors etc. are very happy to class under 18's as adults and charge them accordingly when in the eyes of the law they are classed as children. How can this be allowed or legal?
