Cost of UK prisons would be a lot less, deport foreign prisoners who should not responsibility of UK government, would create more places in UK prisons, let their governments put them in institutions, it's fair that their governments take responsibility for their people, exclusions from this ruling, example, terrorist governments may decide to free prisoners, overall should be a lot of prisoners that fit the bill without returning to the UK and without repercussions.
