Rejected petition Change the number of relegation places in the Championship from 3 teams to 1.

In a bid to save my club Wigan Athletic from relegation I'm proposing that the number of relegation places gets reduced to 1, not only saving Wigan but denting our scruffy neighbours chances of returning to the championship.
