I have suffered with Irlens Syndrome my whole life, and only found out in college that it was something I had struggled with, this is why I think that it should be noticed earlier in primary school as the children would get support and the grades they can or could achieve

Secondly with Irlens affecting all areas of people's development, it makes it very difficult to concentrate in lesssons, also as schools have flourecsent lighting in nearly all of them this is strain for our eye but also difficult to look at the board, which then means no concentration and no learning.
