Rejected petition Take away wayne barnes's refereeing license.

We the undersigned request that Mr wayne barnes the English referee for the WRU have his refereeing license taken away for his bad refereeing of the Wales vs france on saturday March 18th 2017. he is a discrace to his fellow referees. even when the doctor came on it was against the WRU rules.

You can hear [referee] Wayne Barnes ask him if he [ Antonio ] is OK. He said he had a sore back, but that he was OK. And then the doctor come's on, and he goes off. The Doctor coming onto the pitch is Against the WRU rules. Not only that, France had made an illegal prop replacement. And also george north was bitten, but nothing was done about that.
Wayne barnes is a bad ref and ahould bever be allowed to ref another match ever again.
