Petition All Parkinson's Disease patients entitlement to a Medical Exemption Certificate

People with life-long conditions such as e.g. Epilepsy, Diabetes, are entitled to a Medical Exemption Certificate.
A Medical Exemption Certificate entitles people to free NHS Prescriptions, Dental care etc.
I believe Parkinson's Disease should be acknowledged as one of these conditions.
